Recipes: Berry Mouse Swiss Roll

Swiss rolls are one of my favorites because they're pretty easy once you get the hang of them, and you can get creative and fill them with whatever you like! (They're also really pretty.) All you need is a basic roll recipe.

I've used a recipe that I found online (link attached). While I was making the roll, I forgot to take photos but the recipe is quite clear! I only used the recipe for the cake, not the filling.
